Shared Branching Access

Shared branching gives members the ability to walk into a participating credit union branch and complete many common transactions as if they were at their home branch. Shared branching is free to members, though some extra services, like money orders or statement copies, may carry charges similar to those at a regular branch.

What You Can Do Through Shared Branching

At participating shared branching locations, members can:

  • Get a copy of their account history
  • Make loan payments
  • Withdraw money
  • Transfer funds
  • Make deposits
  • Cash checks

Some services still need to be handled directly through SRFFCU. Members can’t open a new account, apply for a loan, or add certain institution-specific services through a shared branch location.
