SRFFCU offers several paths to membership. To join, you must meet our field of membership requirements. Eligibility can be based on a variety of factors, including family relationships and other qualifying connections. Field of Membership
You may be within the SRFFCU field of membership if any of the following apply to you:
- Members of the New York, N. Y. Branch of the “Selfreliance” Association of American Ukrainians, Inc. in New York, New York;
- Members of the Philadelphia Branch of the “Self Reliance” Association of American Ukrainians, Inc., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania;
- Regular members of the branches and assemblies (located within a 15-mile radius of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Post Office) of the Ukrainian Workingmen’s Association, the Providence Association of Ukrainian Catholics in America, and the Ukrainian National Association, Inc., who qualify for membership in accordance with their constitutions and bylaws as of the date of this charter;
- Employees of and students attending Manor College in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania;
- Employees and members of Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center and students attending UKR Heritage School, Svitiychka, UKR Library location in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania;
- Employees and members of the Church of Evangelical Christians Word of Life Church located in Feasterville – Trevose, Pennsylvania;
- Members of Evangelical Pentecostal Church, Inc. in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania; who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect on May 23, 2013;
- Voting members of Ukrainian American Sport Center – Tryzub in Horsham, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect on May 5, 1933;
- Employees and voting members of The Ukrainian League of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect May 5, 2007;
- Employees and members of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church located in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania;
- Members of Saint Basil Academy in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect on 07/18/1931;
- Employees and students attending Saint Basil Academy in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania;
- Members of the Baltimore, Maryland branch of the Selfreliance Association of American Ukrainians, Inc., whose permanent residence is in Maryland;
- Members of St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church in Baltimore, Maryland;
- Members and employees of Ukrainian Churches in Washington, D. C., Arlington and Fairfax Counties, Virginia, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties,
- Maryland, and the cities of Alexandria and Fairfax, Virginia;
- Members of record of Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union #07875 as of September 30, 2025, the effective date of this merger;
- Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of the immediate family or household; organizations of such persons.

General Membership (18 years and older):
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Minimum Balance in Savings Account of $50.00
- One-time Membership Fee of $10.00
Minor Membership (Under the age of 18):
- Birth Certificate or Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Minimum Balance in Savings Account of $50.00
- One-time Membership Fee of $10.00
